“Francisco was a huge help getting our pool heater installed. When there was an issue with the manufacturer’s part, he already had a solution in place before I reached out. Would highly recommend.”

Frequently asked questions
Answers to questions you may want to ask.
What happens after I fill out the form?
Our office will call to schedule a free, no-obligation at-home pool assessment. Your representative will review the pool, your goals and the information needed for your proposal.
Will the cost of my pool renovation go down if I wait?
Historically, the cost of a pool resurface or complete renovation has not decreased and typically increases over time as labor and material costs rise. The best time is now, and our estimates are free.
How long does a renovation take?
Project length varies by scope. Resurfacing and retiling is typically shorter than a renovation that also includes deck replacement or structural changes.
What areas do you serve?
We renovate pools throughout Central Florida, including Orlando, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Celebration, Davenport, Windermere, Winter Garden, Clermont, Lake Nona, Winter Park, Sanford and the surrounding areas of Orange, Osceola, Seminole, Lake and Polk counties.
Are you licensed?
Yes. The Pool Specialist is a Florida State Certified Pool/Spa Contractor, CPC1458876.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is based on pool size, selected materials and the exact scope of work.
