The Pool Specialist takes training our employees very seriously. Newly hired employees undergo an
extensive apprenticeship program and are trained and tested in every aspect of the job. Our goal is that
each and every one of our employees form great working habits and knowledge of entire process of
their jobs.

Phil is more than just grey hairs and a delightful British accent and while he’s not taking selfies, he is propelling The Pool Specialist to a premier position. With over 30 years of experience in various industries he is a force to be reckoned with.
Mariel Paez
Mariel is a cool minded and well seasoned manager. A former civil engineer from Venezuela she brings an abundance of experience and organization to The Pool Specialist. She’s an absolute joy to work with and crucial to our team. A few keywords to describe her, Honest, Hardworking, Loyal, Kind, Organized and a True Team Player.
